(2) On 1 October 2020, the company made a bonus issue of one ordinary share for every five shares presently held. (3) On 1 November 2020, the company issued RM8 million 7% convertible loan notes. The conversion rate was 70 ordinary shares for every RM250 loan notes. (4) On 1 August 2021, the company made rights issue of one ordinary share for every four held at RM2.60 each. The market price of each ordinary share immediately before the issue was RM3.50. (iv) The basic EPS for the year ended 31 October 2019 was 48.40 sen. (v) Tax rate is 25%.
