The group project we have all decided to choose Conflict Management as the topic topic. Five of us will be acting as a group of students doing a presentation on Conflict Management while simultaneously portraying the five conflict styles (Avoiding, Competing, Accommodating, Collaborating, Compromising) that ultimately disrupt our group presentation. Two of us will be teachers/moderators who will be analyzing and identifying the faults within our group dynamic. After the teachers/moderators offer constructive criticism to the students, they will re-do their presentation with their new understanding of Conflict Management. The end goal is to teach the audience the improper and proper ways to manage conflict in a group setting.
