The launch of chip and pin payment cards, the broadening ecosystem of smartphone payments apps, the convergence of finance, banking and telecommunications, and rapid changes in custom, culture and regulations prompted by Internet technologies are factors driving the world towards a cashless society.

 As our current cohort in BFW 2401  is coming from around 20 different countries, please write around two hundred words maximum about digital banking including online banking in your country.  Please touch on the following issues:

a) The current status of digital/online banking services. 

b) Regulations or licensing of digital banking if it exists  

c) Potential and future growth of digital banking in your country including the contribution of this banking in the financial inclusion ( serving underbanked businesses and individuals).
