For this term project, you can work in a group of up to 5 students. If you choose group work, you will be responsible to form the group. This project will require students to undertake independent research on a subject of their own choice in international relations. While an International Relations related topic would be great, it does not need to be one. Rather, you need to make a case to the class why your topic matters, why we should be interested in it, and if less obvious how it relates to geopolitics, international relations, economics, and our course. If you are at a loss for a topic, conduct an analysis of two or three countries, or even do an economic/ political/ environmental/ cultural analysis of different countries.
