The patient underwent a hemicolectomy and splenectomy a year earlier for excision of a primary adenocarcinoma of the colon. Recently, he developed abdominal pan. He was admitted with a questionalb liver lesion. An Untrasound of the liver, a CT scan of the addomen , and an exploratory laparotomy with needle biopsy of hte lever were performed.
