When:Year, Month, Day, Hour?

1. Is this a recurring event or one time?
2. Is the event seasonal (rain date)?
3. What will you do about inclement weather if this is an outdoor event?
4. Any other necessary information a potential sponsor (instructor) may need to decide on sponsoring your event.
