They ordered 4 trucks to haul gravel from D, a truck manufacturer based in Arizona. They signed a contract. P claims that he required that the trucks have a weight capacity of 75,000 pounds (ie, the capacity to haul this weight). D delivered the trucks. P used them to haul gravel, but the trucks broke down when hauling high weights (between 70,000 and 75,000 lbs). Specifically, the wheel rims cracked and malfunctioned.
