The Sabah COVID-19 team has contacted you to design a database for managing its 20 quarantine centres' data. The database enables the team to keep track of nurses who work in the centre, and patients who are admitted to the centre, and so on. A quarantine centre is known by its code, e.g. QCS1, name of the centre, location and capacity of patients. A patient has an identification number, mySejahteraID, phone number and address. A nurse has a nurseID, name and qualification. You are provided with the following business rules: Each quarantine centre accommodates many patient admissions, and each patient may be admitted to many centres. In each admission, the patient's date in and date out as well as the bed number are recorded. Each quarantine centre has many nurses who are working in the centre to take care of the patients and has an appointed nurse as Head of Centre (HOC). A nurse is assigned to one quarantine centre. Each patient must have at least one emergency contact person with information of his/her name, contact number and relationship with the patient. Given the information, draw the ERD using Crow's foot notation for the Sabah quarantine centre management system.
