Case Study Questions (20 points) Using social media has become very popular for most of the companies today. "Sky Group", the Lebanese trading company, is a good example since it decided to create a Facebook page through which employees can benefit from information and experience sharing. The company is actually using an information system to record and check the daily orders and their delivery to customers all over Lebanon. The system helped "Sky Group" to become the leader in its market by cutting many steps in the delivery process. So, this process became faster, with less errors, higher productivity, and at the least possible cost. Meanwhile, another issue must be considered on the high management level. Lately, the company is facing many new kinds of critical problems that are mostly unexpected. So, a new system with the convenient reports and analysis capabilities, may be the best solution in the near future.
