The theory suggests that organizational structure, culture, and leadership style are interrelated and influence each other in complex ways. To test this theory, I have proposed a hypothesis that organizations with a strong culture will have a more rigid and hierarchical structure, and autocratic leadership style will be associated with such organizations. On the other hand, organizations with a weak or flexible culture will have a flatter and more decentralized structure, and transformational leadership style will be associated with such organizations. To measure the independent and dependent variables, I have designed 10 survey questions using a Likert scale to rate the level of agreement or disagreement with each statement. The survey questions are industry and job title-specific, and I have specified that the survey is for educational purposes only and anonymous. Finally, the goal of the research study is to analyze the results and experience of surveying at least ten people to support or refute the proposed hypothesis and gain a better understanding of the relationship between organizational structure, culture, and leadership style. Survey Questions: To what extent do you agree that your organization has a clear and formalized structure? How would you describe the culture of your organization? (Strong and rigid/Flexible and open) How would you rate the level of collaboration and teamwork in your organization? How would you rate the level of autonomy and decision-making authority given to employees in your organization? To what extent do you agree that the leadership style of your organization is transformational? (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree) To what extent do you agree that the leadership style of your organization is autocratic? (Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree) How often do you feel empowered to make decisions and take initiative in your role? How satisfied are you with the level of communication and information-sharing in your organization? How often do you encounter obstacles or bureaucracy when trying to complete tasks in your role? How would you describe the level of innovation and creativity encouraged in your organization? (Low/High) Draft 1500+ words answering the following questions. 1.
