Thinking about personality tests and leadership, it is important to consider that flexible leaders are more likely to create engagement in their workforce AND entrepreneurial thinking. There is a concept, as shared in your week six reading I Want to Work There! called Return on Engagement which is about the benefit or "return" to an employer when they have an engaged workforce.
When staff want to be present, they are far more likely to be engaged and to be forward thinking which goes hand-in-hand with being entrepreneurial. Flexible leaders often cause their staff to want to be present. Flexible Leadership is a Necessary Entrepreneurial Trait explores this relationship.
