Go to the New York Stock Exchange’s Web site at www.nyse.com.
1. Click on “Listing on the NYSE” along the left margin.
2. Then click on “Listing Standards.”
3. Then click on “U.S. Listing Standards,” and answer the following questions.
a. How many round lot holders are required to be listed?
b. How many total shareholders (use the first number)?
c. What market value is required for public companies?
d. What are the earnings requirements to be listed (use the first number)?
e. What revenue for the most recent fiscal year is required? Look under “Pure Valuation” on the same page.
