For this final project you are required to:

Select your own real-life example as a case study illustrating challenges associated with bringing those engaged in organized crime (national or transnational) to justice. Briefly explain who you have selected and why.
Briefly describe the main types and/or methods of criminal activity of the person/organized criminal group that you have selected, specifically the crimes they are/were alleged to have committed.
Identify and examine at least some of the primary challenges associated with bringing the named person(s)/unnamed members of the organized criminal group you have selected to justice. These challenges should relate to key themes, principles, issues, etc examined during the course (e.g., definitions, legal provisions/ frameworks, types of crimes, other factors). [This part of the project should form the principal part of your discussion and analysis].
Briefly explain what you have learned from this exercise that, e.g., was something you had not known before, found surprising and/ or especially interesting.
