This is a budget for the year, you do not need to break it into smaller periods. You just need to get the total amounts for the year ie total sales revenue, production for each product, materials required in total, labour required in total, overhead budget in total (variable and fixed), total selling and total admin.

For each individual product, you will need to calculate the individual COGS as well as ending inventory.
