Question:
This is your mission. To prove to me you learned something of value in this course that is going to help you in your future career/plans. Choose ONE of the options below (don't do all!). To earn full points, you must work in/discuss 2 'black letter law' legal principles in a way that isn't inaccurate (don't misrepresent them - make sure your final work reflects an accurate statement of those 2 black letter law legal principles). Example: the parol evidence rule, or the mirror image rule. Remember, "black letter law" is a rule of law that is pretty much the same throughout the US. Our book reflects "black letter law" - Washington, and other states, obviously, have minor to major differences in these rules (thus requiring a lawyer to research the 'law' in any particular jurisdiction!).
You can do this in any way:
A. You can write a brief (1.5 page minimum at 1.5 line space) paper that explains which chapter gave you the greatest change in perspective/insights into your chosen business field and why (what insights did you glean? How did it change your perspective?) Add: You must refer to at least 2 principles of black letter law in a way that makes 'sense')
