This week I would like us to have a discussion about the Sheena case. It is discussed in the Module 3 PowerPoint presentation. I would like you to comment on the court's reasoning and decision in this case. Was the court right in deciding that the child's safety came first? Or should the religious beliefs of the parents been more important? Remember: This will be your first graded discussion piece. You are required to participate in a discussion by contributing two postings.
