How can your hotel benefit your client? The perceived value (or benefit) that a particular feature of the hotel has on the guest, will impact the guest's decision to choose your hotel over your competitors.
These features must be actual, real features of your hotel. You must sell these hotel features as benefits to your client in order to make the sale.
