The train-the-trainer manual must explain and show how to implement differentiated instruction into training sessions in order to meet the needs of a diverse and multicultural adult learning audience.

 

Include the following in your manual:

• Background information about what differentiated instruction is, including any references and citations
• Differentiated strategies that support diverse and multicultural adult learners
• Examples or scenarios of differentiated instruction
• Activities that show the use of differentiated instruction
