Use the Rectangle tool to draw a red rectangle the same width as the dark-blue rectangle and 20 pixels high. Change Color 2 to white, and then position the red rectangle so it is left-aligned with the dark-blue rectangle and bottom-aligned with the frame. (Hint: If the rectangle covers the Anchor or Shipwheel, click the Undo button and repeat the step.)
