USE THIS FACT PATTERN IN THIS QUESTION: You are a student in a University Business Program. You and two classmates, Rahvie and Patricia, have all developed an idea for a new energy drink specifically marketed towards helping university and college students get through exams easier. You have decided to collaborate by setting up a business in which you each own one-third controlling interest, and you have tentatively named your new product "STUDYBOOSTER. You were working late one evening and saw one of your company's administrators sneak into the financial controller's office and look through desk drawers. A few minutes later, the administrator went up to the financial controller's desktop computer and typed in a password, which seemed to have worked. After a few minutes, the administrator logged off. The next morning, the financial controller reported to you in confidence that some money was transferred out of the company's bank account. The time of the transfer seems to match the administrator's actions exactly. You tell Patricia and Rahvie about what you saw and then said, "I think our administrator snuck into the financial controller's office and stole the money". Unfortunately, the administrator was walking by your office right at that moment and heard what you said. The administrator has now emailed you, threatening a lawsuit for defamation. Will she win? Why or why not? USE THIS FACT PATTERN IN THIS QUESTION: You are a student in a University Business Program.
