Use your MISSION AND VISSION to assess/ identify the external factors to be considered.
To achieve both my goal and vision as a person, I must first have a crystal-clear understanding of both. When I know exactly what I want to achieve, I can make a plan for how to get there. One of the most important things I must do is surround myself with people who believe in my goals and can assist me in achieving them. These are the kinds of individuals who can provide me with the motivation and inspiration I need to continue advancing. Also, they can help me hold myself accountable if I start to go off track. In addition, I must maintain my physical, mental, and emotional health. If I do not take care of myself, it will be very difficult for me to accomplish my goals. I must ensure that I get sufficient rest, engage in regular physical activity, and eat well. In addition, I need to learn effective methods of stress management. In conclusion, I must exercise patience and tenacity. Transformation is a lengthy process that involves overcoming obstacles. Still, as long as I keep moving forward, I will eventually reach both my goal and my vision.
