TBK Creative's buyer identified a problem concerning the use of commercial software in online marketing and provided a number of approaches and methods to resolve that problem. By providing them with all means of communication and allowing them to provide feedback, the company was able to obtain positive feedback regarding the quality of the work they provide.
In case of issues if TBK creative will perform all the tasks mentioned in the list then definitely the company's performance level will go much higher. As the company needs to improve its performance as compared to its competitors.
The overall summary of the digital audit is that TBK's digital presence needs some working on to make their presence better, like being more active on Instagram by posting more reels and stories about their work and their websites to raise awareness over what they do, and what is their message, and they should also be more active with followers on Facebook since they have the highest number of followers there by posting more often and be more active on the media. When it comes to the competition both TBK and Giant creative are very similar and according to the website grader they had similar scores but overall did better by having a higher fan and follower base on LinkedIn and Facebook which are two major platforms of business and digital marketing and to mention that TBK creative's website's only con is that it needs more updates on its security.
