Create the Project Web App site Your assignment is to create a MS Project plan with the following qualities: • The first line in your Gantt Chart must be your Name and MS Project Assignment • Use the above-supplied WBS as a top-level summary task structure (this is called a work package) • A minimum of two second level tasks for each summary task (this is also called a work package) • • A minimum of 25 work packages for the overall project (this means when you add up the number of items in the 2 bullets above, you will have 25 or more work packages) Assign 6-9 resources (at least 4 employees and 2 Hardware/Software resources) with appropriate hourly rates for assignment to work packages Ensure there is no resource over allocation • • Ensure the work packages have proper durations and predecessors . Configure the project to last a MINIMUM OF 4 months and a MAXIMUM 6 months (or between 90 and 130 days). Ensure there is cost data in the Gantt Chart.
