You will review their research and make meaningful comments on their research and answers to the discussion questions. By the end of the discussion, you should have a basic understanding of: • Common law contracts. • Contracts covered by the Uniform Commercial Code (U.C.C.). • Be able to compare and contrast common law contracts and contracts covered by the U.C.C. Interestingly, under the UCC, the court can even fill in some gaps that may appear in an agreement. 1.
