David owns a number of restaurants in Indianapolis. Let's say he has two decisions he has to make: 1.) Whether or not to buy a property that's become available in an "up and coming" part of Indianapolis where he'd start another restaurant, and 2.) A new or, at least, substantially revised menu in one of his restaurants that's seen a drop in business over the past couple of years. Which one is top down and which one is bottom up?
