1. What did you learn about leadership (being the supervisor) during this project?
2. Craft the actual memo you will send to Pat about the errors you found during the reviews.
   1. Pick three distinctive errors Pat made and explain what Pat did incorrectly, and based on the rules of debits and credits, along with US GAAP (what are the GAAP rules that should be followed), how it should be corrected.  Make sure Pat understands.
   2. Using your best leadership tools, discuss your expectations of Pat, addressed to Pat, going forward with this new knowledge.
3. Using research, discuss the ramifications for a company that does not find these errors and releases financial statements with errors.
