What is the code/rule  (snort.conf) you would run on Snort for a file named "winpractice.txt" file and have it alert on any tcp traffic with both the S and F flags set (as well as any others).  It must include the message "SF scan" if the alert is triggered.  Submit the output file and show me the rule you created.
