This is meant to get you to thinking about what leadership is to you now, and where you may want to improve....starting now! Choose four examples from your life to share and reflect on. These can be examples from your home life, your work life, your sports teams or other community groups you may interact with. With each example, connect a course concept to demonstrate your current level of self awareness. Choose from any concept discussed in Module 2: Leading Yourself. . • Do your examples include others you look up to? • What are your values? • You may want to share aspects of your personality as well and how this impacts how you lead yourself today. • Resilience is so critical today- how resilient are you?
