Question 3: Healthcare industry is not easy to define because of its structure; despite it is one of the rapidly growing types of the service industry. Healthcare has a considerable importance in the survival of citizens, improvement in the quality of life, and development of countries. Thus, measuring patients' satisfaction regarding healthcare services and determining the factors affecting satisfaction make a great contribution to the improvement of healthcare services. The aim of this study was to compare the satisfaction level of the patients, who live in the central districts of Izmir City, based on different hospital types and to identify the factors that affect patients' hospital preferences. The survey was applied to 400 participants who were selected by stratified sampling, and data were analyzed by using frequency tables, factor analysis, ANOVA, independent group t-test, and correlation analysis. The results were comparatively interpreted based on the hospital types, and the findings showed that both satisfaction level and the main factors affecting hospital preferences differed according to type of the hospital. Please answer the following questions based on the above abstract: a. What is the subject of the article? b. What is the aim of the authors? c. Specify the data that authors use in their study (qualitative-quantitative). d. Classify the article based on audience for and use of research. e. Classify the research based on its purpose. f. Classify the research based on its time dimension. g. Identify the data collection technique of the article. h. What are the main findings of this research?
