On 02/29/2024, I was called by your HR representative, and I was told that my qualifications do not meet. the requirements to even to be interviewed for the position. The HR representative further informed me that the main reason that disqualified me was because I did not have any Supervision (Nurse supervisor 1) experience for 1 year. Upon review of the job description posted online I released that I actually do qualify for this position, as per civil services requirements.
