You are a corrections officer at the Crenshaw Correctional Facility. It is a medium/low security federal facility that houses 600 male inmates. It has a model mental health and elderly section and offers various rehabilitation and vocational programs. 

 

Five new officers will be joining the ranks next month and Sgt. Jones has asked for your help to create an orientation presentation. This PowerPoint presentation with voiceover will introduce the new officers to the facility, the general population, the special offender sections, and various programs offered. The presentation will also discuss the challenges and effectiveness of the programs that Crenshaw offers as well as the importance of ethics and professionalism. 

 

Be sure to include the following in the Outline:
