The hotel is undergoing some major renovations and internal changes and would like to add some large events in its functions centre to increase business reputation and profits.. The plan must include: 1. a) A "selling point" script on what you are going to propose in order to get your suppliers interested in becoming a sponsor. This would include your description of the events including benefits to the supplier 2. b) Thecommunicationmethodsthattheparticipantwillemploy including verbal and non-verbal types, the environment that the participant wishes to conduct any meetings and the presentation and format of the meeting (for example formal or informal). 2. Based upon your plan to establish business relationships with you chosen suppliers/ producers, describe how you will conduct negotiations, taking into consideration any cultural contexts and organisational goals.
