You are employed as one of 2 Payroll Officers at Azure Beach Accountants and Financial Services (ABAFS), who manages payroll responsibilities for several clients. An employee of Fraser Electrical, one of your clients, has sent an enquiry about their recent payslip as they were expecting a pay increase. You have also been advised by your supervisor that the business owner of Frasers Electrical has telephoned and is very annoyed that the pay increase has not been processed. You are required to perform the following: 

• investigate this enquiry 

• meet with your supervisor, the Payroll Manager at ABAFS 

• provide your recommendation to ensure this situation does not happen again.
