You are in Alaska for a vacation and you paid a lot of money to a tour company to take you to Windfall Lake in a floatplane.  You get to the operations building and no one is around.  You call the number you had and talk to the pilot that was supposed to take you to the lake.  He apologizes and says he came down with the flu and is horribly sick and will be unable to take you.  You ask for a refund and he says he can't give you a refund but will be glad to reschedule.  You hang up knowing that you only had three days allotted in this part of Alaska and would not be back anytime soon.  If you didn't stay at the cabin now, you knew you would lose your money for the trip.  As you look around, you see a beautiful Cessna 206 on floats moored to the dock and you figure it must be the plane that belongs to the pilot. As luck would have it, it is unlocked and the keys are in it.  Being seaplane rated and figuring he wouldn't be using the airplane anyway if he was so sick, you decide to "borrow" it for three days and fly to Windfall Lake yourself.  You return the plane 3 days later unscathed but are met by the cops as you pull into the dock.  The sick pilot, relieved to see his plane returned in good condition, decides not to press criminal charges but decides to sue you instead.  What intentional tort did you commit?  Explain.
