You are to create a written response that addresses the requirements of Steps 1 through 3. Your analytical paper needs to include a title page and references list for all sources used. You should use a minimum of one scholarly source (your textbook can be one of the sources). Step 1: Statement of Interest Pose a problem or question of interest that requires the organization and analysis of a suitable set of qualitative data (at least two variables). Step 2: Data Collection For this step, you will locate and use an existing data source. Gather data related to the study using the West Coast University Library System or by using the World Wide Web; You will not conduct your own survey research. Organize the data collected to help you explain how your research will justify and support your question/problem of interest. If your data comes from the internet, you must site your sources. Be sure to have a minimum of 15 data points in your study. Step 3: Analysis Provide detailed statistical analysis of the data. Include tables or graphs to support your analysis. You can use a variety of programs to display your data collected (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.). Your analysis must include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Develop appropriate descriptive statistics to summarize the data. 2. Perform a Confidence Interval on either a mean, proportion, or variance. 3. Perform a Hypothesis Test on either a mean, proportion, or variance. 4. Use Linear regression and create a scatterplot, determine the least squares regression equation, and determine the confidence interval Total Vaccine Doses Distributed 756,780,755 Administered 591,406,403 221.8M People fully vaccinated 104.5M People with a first booster dose** 16.6M People with a second booster dose*** About These Data | View Footnotes and Download Data At Least One Dose Vaccinated People Total Fully Vaccinated Population > 5 Years of Age Population ≥ 12 Years of Age Population > 18 Years of Age Population ≥ 65 Years of Age Count First Booster Dose 259,048,060 258,912,322 248,523,150 230,901,467 57,056,496 Second Booster Dose Percent of US Population 78% 82.9% 87.7% 89.4% 95% CDC | Data as of: June 14, 2022 6:00am ET.
