You were brought on looard because of your expertise in implementing WHS Management Systems and presently, Blue Inc does not have a WHSMS at all. What they do have is several policies {including a Flavum to Work and Injury Management Policy] in place and numerous procedures for each of these policies a] D] C} '5] El] 

Your job is to create a plan to implement the WHSMS into the workplace, but before you can go ahead with implementing the plan you must run it past the two owners. 

You are to present this information in writing using an appropriate structure, layout and language [industry-specie vocabulary] for the intended audience. Your report is to show how you have collected. organized and analyzed information about Blue Inc's systems of wort: and arrived at a conclusion in relation to the effectiveness of your proposed WHSMS plan. Your formal plan will show how you have logical sag fencing to priorities tasks and workload showing awareness of time resource constraints and the needs of all the stakeholders. You will also incorporate how you would use digital systems and programs to communicate with all of the stakeholders, plus assist you with your planning, implementing and tracking progress.
