You raise an excellent point; this should be researched and selected accordingly when providing tax breaks to industries, sectors, or groups. However, in our society, whenever someone or a group receives a tax break or pays a lesser amount of tax, many people disagree with this and begin to discredit the government for allowing these people or groups to have these tax breaks. More research and perhaps a better understanding is needed so the individuals who feel they are being taken advantage of by paying higher taxes can see the benefits of allowing these industries, sectors, or groups a tax break. What are your thoughts on this?
