2. Then choose an organisation within this industry and explore their KM Digital strategy (This you will do by either speaking with someone in the organisation and reviewing their publicly posted materials)
3. Showcase how they are strategizing on Digital Transformation and what their focus is and why.
4. Look at what is the digital innovation and investment they are making. Then identify if they are following an industry trend (You will attach as Appendix an Industry Report you are referring to).
5. Investigate and explain the following (1) what they are doing, (2) how they are applying their digital strategy, (3) what impact it has on human work, (4) what changes are occurring in the workplace (automation vs manual), (5) what knowledge held previously by humans are translated to machines and finally (6) your analysis on how concept of knowledge management needs to be applied.
6. After finishing the report prepare a power point presentation
