You work at NBI Conveyancing. Your supervisor has asked you to put together a training program for law students who are arriving next week to start their summer internship. The presentation must cover the following topics:
- Australian law
- statute law
- common law
- elements of the adversary trial system
- civil and criminal proceedings
- other relevant information they need.
While the students are in their first year of law school, they must attend this mandatory session. You also are required to put together an information kit to provide to the students at the end of the session.

Common law
