Using the past POS data, the parameters of the system have been estimated as shown in Table 9.8. Model this as an M/M/c system to determine the number of staff. Model this as a G/G/c system and see if the staffing decision changes. Discuss your findings.

Assume that mean time between departures (TBD) is approximately equal to mean time between arrivals (TBA).
