An organizational psychologist is interested in determining what factors in the workplace are related to employee satisfaction. Survey data were collected from 20 employees regarding measures of physical working conditions, peer collaboration, salary and benefits, and leadership involvement. All of these variables are ranked on a scale from 0 to 100, where higher scores represent stronger agreement that the variable is important to employee satisfaction. Table 7.6 gives the correlations of working conditions, peer collaborations, salary and benefits, and leadership involvement with overall satisfaction. Find and interpret any significant correlations.
