The variation of annual wastewater generation of a city over a 30-year planning time horizon is tabulated in Table 8.17 . Assume that the wastewater generation of this city in the year 2003 was about 90 MCM. Three projects have been proposed to treat wastewater projected generation until 2040. As presented in Table 8.18 , three projects are studied for wastewater treatment of this city.

The capital investments presented in Table 8.18 are based on prices of the year 2003. Considering the cost of each project and the 3% rate of return, find the optimal sequence of implementing projects using linear integer programming.
