Are bids package renewed automatically?

No, the bids packages are not renewed automatically. You will have to purchase yourself once the bids balance is either zero or 30 days have lapsed since your last purchase whichever is earlier. However depending on your bidding need you can also purchase multiple bidding plans valid for next 30 days from each package date of purchase.
