You can cancel your ongoing dispute within two days after its initiation by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your profile picture and select Dispute from the drop-down menu.
  2. Click View Dispute.
  3. Open the dispute ID that you want to cancel.
  4. Select the Cancel Dispute button located in the right column.
  5. Provide the reason for cancellation and submit the request.
