If you have forgotten the account where you were charged or if you have experienced a double charge, please get in touch with our support team. Kindly provide the following information:

  1. Any email addresses that you may have used.
  2. If you used PayPal, please provide the associated PayPal email address.
  3. If you used a credit or debit card:
          a) The full name as it appears on the card.
          b) The type of card.
          c) The first & last four digits of the card.
