If you have been charged, it indicates that your membership was not successfully canceled and remains active. There are several factors to consider in understanding why you were charged again:

  1. You initiated the cancellation process but did not complete it to receive the final-step email.
  2. You received the final-step email with a link to complete the cancellation, but you did not finish the entire process.
  3. Your account was previously paused and automatically reactivated.
  4. You have multiple accounts and forgot to cancel the membership on all of them.

Please note that if you canceled an active membership before the renewal, no charges were made.
