c. The federal minimum wage is $7.25. If a state doesn€™t have a minimum wage according to state law or if the minimum wage according to state law for a state is below the federal minimum wage, then the federal level automatically applies to that state. Find the mean and median of the effective minimum wages of all eight South Atlantic states.
d. Compare your two results in part (b) with your two results in part (c).
