Question

To compare the merits of two short-range rockets, 8 of the first kind and 10 of the second kind are fired at a target. If the first kind has a mean target error of 36 feet and a standard deviation of 15 feet and the second kind has a mean target error of 52 feet and a standard deviation of 18 feet, does this indicate that the second kind of rocket is less accurate than the first? Use and assume normal distribution for target error.
