i am a microsoft certified professional (mcp) with 12 years of hands-on experience in customer service & technical support. in my experience i managed issues with credit card terminals for (top american banks) in 24/7 customer.com belkin routers, us& uk in microland ltd. deltathree voip services, israel in aegis bpo computers and editing software in digital juice animations inc. us my service was to international customers mostly located in (usukauscaneur) via phone, email and online chat simultaneously. thousands of interaction with customers as molded me to adhere to professional customer service and earned an award for "best csat agent” by our uk client. in my last company, digital juice animations inc h.q in u.s, i had wide exposure to e-commerce functions. we sold animation products & gears. i handled both technical support & customer support via phone, email and online chat. also coordinated with mis team initiated & implemented, purchase order,online gsc order,group order systems. we provided professional service to esteemed clients from home users to high profile clients, just to mention few like white house, nasa, fbi, u.s army, all county schools, sports club, government departments, movie studios like sony pictures, warner bros and list goes on. i am quick to adapt and twelve years experienced to work under pressure, however having said so i still believe every day, there is something new to learn in customer service. i would like to end by saying “listen to understand, act to serve and deliver to achieve customer satisfaction”
