biography genise m. driscoll patterson from the ceo: it is my duty to help businesses big and small understand and redefine their operational process in order to achieve their company objectives. i am business analyst in financial services industry with over ten years experience in various areas of business transformation. my primary focus is process redesign and operational improvement for sustainability. detailed description: as a ceo and former business analyst in the financial services industry, genise prides herself on being a detail oriented problem solver with analytical strengths in optimizing productivity, reducing costs and developing task-oriented solutions for maximizing revenue. she has helped many businesses to assess their needs to isolate and correct any and all deficiencies by establishing courses of action via remediation management in order to resolve those issues which that may hinder the completion of a goal-related task. genise is what many would consider a working leader. under her realm of leadership she has successfully lead the business process reengineering initiatives for the department of defense using the lean six sigma concepts for continuous improvement, resulting in a newly developed procurement workflow process for the war fighter support. at the state and local levels, she utilized basic concepts for process improvement to help small organizations develop standard operating procedures and controls for federally funded initiatives. experience & qualifications: genise’s eighteen years of field experience has afforded her the opportunity to work within all levels of the financial services industry by utilizing interpersonal communication skills as a means of achieving project objectives. she has successfully lead business process initiatives in the fields of general accounting (receivables), auditing, information systems, and mortgage services. early in her career, genise performed several long-term projects as a financial analyst involving the review and reconciliation of accounting records to determine the need and extent of changes needed in the end-of-month (eom) and end-of-year (eoy) process for local municipalities within the state of ohio. the revision of daily task activities were needed to stay in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards. as an extra measure, she developed written and electronic process manuals for the organization, which were used to help the organization maintain focus on their overall objectives. throughout her project management experience, genise continued to rely on the lean six sigma concepts for business process improvement to develop standard procedures and controls. as a business analyst for a mortgage investor, she performed assessments of existing procedures and business controls for the $32 million dollar making home affordable program budget. effective communication at all levels of the organization allowed her to successfully collaborate with the financial analysts to develop methods of improving the quarterly invoicing process in preparation for reimbursement of funds by the u.s. department of the treasury. when it comes to daily task improvements genise takes a holistic approach to business transformation, looking outside-in. keeping in mind that consumer satisfaction is the end result, she have helped numerous organizations to either develop new processes, redesign or enhance existing tasks to improve operational efficiency and meet their objectives. education: bachelor of science degree from central state university - wilberforce, ohio concentration: management information systems & finance master business administration: university of maryland university college concentration: business administration
